Pricing.

The 1st project review is FREE!

Why are we doing this?

There need to be a level of trust between you as the client and the integrity of our peer reviewers. This is a vehicle, for our clients to evaluate us for our character and capabilities.

Yes, as strange as it sounds, there is something free in the oilfield.......

The project will be executed by one reviewer.

Limits

  1. The time spent by the reviewer will not be more than 24 hrs. (ie this is considered a tiny project)

  2. 1 to 3 reviewers may be involved.

  3. The review will summarized in document form (no video conferencing)

  4. Limit one free project per client.

  5. The delivery schedule will be based on the availability of the reviewers.

    Deep Dive (3-5 months)

The fine print..... :)

  1. PR-O Facilitator will discuss with the client:

    * size of project
    * The number of reviewers required* N

    * Peer review delivery documentation requirements.
This is agreed in stage 1 of the peer review process between client & PR-O.

  2. There is a setup fee of 500 $USD per project.

  3. If the client chooses to use a specialized commercial data room for data storage, there will be an additional cost associated with the service.
To reduce cost, we strongly recommend allowing access to the clients secure cloud storage to PR-O

  4. Our peer reviewers perform their own engineering and checks for each project they evaluate but if the client requires additional engineering checks, this will be an additional cost for time and software. To reduce cost, we strongly recommend allowing access to the clients software to the reviewers.

  5. All documentation will be electronic.
Paper documentation will incur additional cost.

(This will also take longer for the project to be delivered)

  6. During the Q&A sessions before the project is delivered, our peer reviewers will attempt to the best of their abilities to answer all the questions. However, if the queries, start to scope creep, additional costs for the reviewers may be incurred to the client.

  7. Base case for delivery of the deliverables from PR-O to the client is electronic documentation. If the client requires a video conference for the final peer review, this would be an additional cost.

  8. All review work will ONLY be performed via remote operations. PR-O reviewers will not meet the client at their facilities. If PR-O representation is required at the clients facilities, additional transportation and time cost will be incurred by the client.
We prefer working remote to reduce cost to the client.

  9. Client will provide their version of the contract and NDA as per their legal requirements. PR-O will acknowledge and notarized these documents.
It more simpler to use the clients legal terms and conditions, rather than going back and forth for months between legal departments.

  10. For master service agreements, please contact us. We only allow a total of 25 master service agreements or 2400hrs of service per year.

  11. Depending on the client, we reserve the right to request 50% upfront payment, prior to receiving the 1st draft of the peer review report.

Yes, Its strange.......
We are probably one of the only O&G companies to provide full pricing upfront
